Students speak Russian
Here you can find videos of students speaking Russian after completing different levels. Depending on each personal ability some students learn faster and some more slowly. But this is an example of what you can reach following all the lessons of the course and doing homework. Almost all the students which you can see in the videos started Russian from zero in “Russian classes in Rotterdam”. And you can see how their language skills are developing and changing from level to level.
Level 1
During the level 1 course you will get all the necessary grammar and vocabulary to tell a story about yourself or any other person you know.
Level 2
During the level 2 we focus around Russian Past, Future tense and Accusative case. After completing the course you will be able to tell what did you do in the Past and what are you going to do in the Future, to speak about things you love or want to do.
Level 3
During the Level 3 we learn irregular Russian verbs “to eat” and ”to drink” and speak a lot about food. You will get all the necessary grammar and vocabulary to tell a story about your national cuisine and eating habits.
Level 4
During the level 4 we study different groups of adjectives and we start Russian verbs of motion. Both topics are very big and complex and normally it takes 2 levels to go through all the necessary grammar. After the Level 4 you will be able to tell a story about places you are used to go, plan to go or have been within one city. And after the Level 5 you will be able to speak about travels abroad and public transport.
Important
A2, B1, B2
In the video you can find our student Anna right after finishing A1+ Level. She still doesn't know dative and instrumental cases (that is topic of our A2), but her vocabulary is already very rich, she expresses herself confidently and her knowledge of the grammar she went through is deep and stable. In a real life conversation Anna will perform better than a lot of students of higher levels. That is the difference in our approach. We study Russian grammar slowly, deeper and meanwhile gaining a lot of vocabulary. As a result our students don't need to come back to the same topics again and again. We helped a lot of people who were studying the Russian language for years and could not express themselves despite a good vocabulary. Students of B1/B2 levels of other schools normally find our A1+ very interesting. Send us an email, take a level test, join a course and finally start speaking Russian.
